And their responses now officially warrant atleast a BBB complaint. Which I’m 99% sure is the team who has ghosted me for 10 business days at this point. Even if those two teams are connected I was still given updates from their I’m assuming social media team as they work for the company and can get them but now as you can see I’m being told to contact the buylist team. And it’s been moved to the accounting team.

Unfortunate as I’ve been a customer with them for over 18 years. This is incredibly shady and as stated previous the worst experience with buylists I’ve ever had. At this point they have just had my property without paying me for over a month. The last day I heard from them was the 16th of august since then they have been silent. At this point I will no longer be doing business and I’d recommend anyone thinking of selling to them to just use TCG or somewhere else instead. Troll and toads always are kinda slow but never a month slow. I’ve done multiple buylists with multiple companies and they all usually go smooth. But this is the worst experience I’ve ever had with them.
